A 168 page, full color oversize paperback created to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Star Wars in Japan. Containing nearly all of Ralph’s Star Wars art that appeared in the critically acclaimed The Art of Ralph McQuarrie alongside dozens of newly discovered, never before published production pieces from Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi.

The inclusion of the new and previously omitted artwork represents an additional 30 pages of content, making this a must have for all fans of Ralph McQuarrie and the art of Star Wars. The text is entirely in Japanese, however a PDF of an English translation of the text is available upon request.

These are the last remaining publisher’s file copies of the long out of print First Edition, originally released in July, 2008. This unsigned trade paperback edition of the The Star Wars Art of Ralph McQuarrie is limited to 1978 copies.
